The upcoming all-electric SUV will produce a maximum of 560kW from its dual-motor powertrain, while a Tesla-rivalling range of 580km is targeted.
This latest story is accompanied by a pair of speculative renderings produced by our friend Theophilus Chin for Malaysian news website PaulTan.org.
The all-electric SUV is based on Geely’s Sustainable Experience Architecture – which will ultimately underpin at least 16 other EV models from nine brands – and power will be deliver to all four wheels via dual-motors.
According to the report, the entry-level Lambda will deliver 447kW, while a flagship variant will produce 560kW.
A range of 580km is targeted, presenting the model up as a direct competitor to the Tesla Model X.

Technology developed for the Lotus Evija electric hypercar has reportedly been implanted into the Lambda to keep weight down.
A spokesperson for Lotus was approached by CarAdvice for comment on the report. This story will be updated with their response.
The Lambda is expected to officially launch in mid-2022, with the first deliveries slated for early 2023.
Pricing details are yet to be released, however, if Lotus is hoping to compete locally with the Model X, the car will likely cost about $180,000.
