Bolero has been one of the oldest production model from Mahindra in their lineup. It has been in production for almost two decades and still has a demand among customers. it is a pure utilitarian or practical vehicle which is popular among customers in both urban and rural market. Mahindra has been continuously making changes to the Bolero to meet the new emission and safety norms and we now have the BS6 version of Bolero available in the market. The Bolero is also a popular vehicle among modifiers and here we have one such video of a 2018 Bolero which gets huge 20 inch alloy wheels.

The video has been uploaded by Modified Club on their youtube channel. The video starts by showing the changes on the outside. The owner has made several changes to enhance the look of this MUV. The front grille has been replaced with an aftermarket unit with bold Bolero lettering on it. The stock lights have been replaced with HID units in the headlight and the fog lamps have been replaced too.

Moving to the side profile, the main attraction on this Bolero is seen. It is literally going to be impossible for anyone to miss this huge 20 inch alloy wheel on it. Spacers have been put in place to accommodate new alloys. For some reason, it does not look odd the vehicle and goes well with the overall rugged look. Overall cost of these alloy wheels according to the video is Rs 1.5 lakh.

Moving to the rear, the owner has again made a custom wheel cover for the spare tyre. It is mounted on the rear door and is inspired from Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen. We have seen several Boleros in the past that are inspired by the German luxury SUV. On the inside, the owner mentions that he will soon be getting the interiors redone. The interior remians more or less the same but, it now comes with an aftermarket music system for better output. Overall, the work done on this MUV looks quite neat and the 20 inch massive alloy wheels definitely add more character to the car. The Mahindra Bolero is India’s best multi-utility vehicle (MUV). It’s powered by a BS6 certified 1.5 liter-3 cylinder twin turbo diesel engine with 75 Bhp of peak power and 210 Nm of peak torque. A five speed manual gearbox and a rear wheel drive layout are standard fare on the Bolero.
